Being able to offer the design services of a landscape architect without having to pay an additional salary, insurances, workman's compensation, etc. is a valuable and cost effective sales tool. We work with both landscape contractors and retail/wholesale nurseries to prepare landscape master plans for their clients that will produce increased revenue from both increased plant sales and additional landscape construction alike.

Our plans are custom designed around the criteria that YOU provide so that each plan will achieve the desired results every time. We can perform designs that deal simply with plant material and lawns, or if you prefer, we can include such elements as decks, patios, ponds, swimming pools, driveways, sidewalks, lighting, drainage, etc.

Another extremely important element in our plan is that we include a list of optional plant choices and a notebook with color photographs and notes on each plant so that you can add variation to your landscape plans or simply choose plants that meet your client's budget concerns.

Our service is based on the fact that we want to establish a relationship with quality contractors and nurseries that will allow us to learn to anticipate your needs, likes, and dislikes so that our plans make your job a whole lot easier. For each home we provide the following:

• 4 copies of a landscape master plan
• A notebook to give to your clients with color pictures of all proposed plant material including information about each plant
• Design discussions so that we understand exactly what you want

With our process, you would be our client and we would prepare each landscape plan based on the information that you would gather for us. We can even take YOUR company logo and place it on the plan so that the drawing will look like it was prepared in your office. Many of our contractor/nursery clients even mark up our plan prices by 15% to 30% so that it is not only convenient to use our services but profitable as well.
