can assist you with issues such as solving drainage
problems, choosing plant material, designing ponds

also will be happy to help prioritize the phases
of the project should you wish to undertake the
project over several years. Simply put, we spend
the time working with you to clearly identify
your needs as well as your "wish list"
so that your project will develop in a well thought
out manner over time.
Residential: Because we work on all types
and sizes of residential projects we will tailor
our services to meet your particular need so that
the final plan you receive will be specifically
designed for you. When undertaking a new project,
we will come out to your residence and take the
time to walk your property with you to find out
your likes and dislikes and any concerns that
you might have. We also like to discuss the various
design possibilities available to you so that
we make sure we know your budget concerns and
your desires. Our projects typically fall into
the following categories:
- Landscape renovations for existing homes
- Landscape master plans for new homes
- Landscape Site Plans for new home construction
projects that are still in the planning phase
(this includes giving you multiple design options
for driveways, retaining walls, sidewalks, pools,
etc. so that you can pick and choose which layout
is preferable to you.)
When undertaking a project, we suggest that our
clients make a list of all their concerns, even
their "wish list" so that the plan that
we prepare will not only suit your immediate but
also your long term needs as well. For no extra
charge when we are preparing a landscape plan,
we include the design of elements such as:
- retaining walls
- sidewalks
- driveways
- swimming pools
- patios
- decks
- fencing
- lighting
- drainage, etc.,
Should a complete plan not be necessary, we are
happy to perform hourly consultations during which
we can prepare on- site sketches, mark the placement
of proposed plant material, discuss drainage problem
solutions, and offer a wide range of other services.
We will be happy to refer you to contractors we
have worked with in the past and with whom we
place a great deal of confidence.
